Customer Service Role

We are looking for a customer support professional to deliver exceptional service to our clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This position involves handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer transactions accurately through relevant systems.
  • Handle customer queries within department guidelines through relevant systems.
  • Manage urgent and emergency orders, communicate with teams, and seek advice as required.
  • Log internal and external customer feedback correctly and on time.
  • Maintain and update customer data as required.
  • Liaise with sales teams and other departments for inventory management and issue resolution.
  • Complete assigned training in a timely manner to ensure required competence.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as trained or required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer support or contact centre environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
