Support Specialist

The customer service representative will provide professional, friendly and efficient support to customers and divisional sales teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Their primary responsibility will be to handle customer orders accurately and within agreed timeframes, as well as respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Key tasks for this role include:
- Process all customer orders accurately through relevant systems
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and informative manner
- Liaise with courier companies and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Manage urgent or emergency orders and communicate with relevant teams
- Log customer feedback correctly and promote the Customer Portal when possible
- Maintain and update customer data as required
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and French, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You should also be able to multitask, work under pressure and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
We are looking for individuals who can build trust during interactions and contribute to our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer service. If you have experience in a multinational customer support or contact centre environment, it would be an advantage.
