Highly Skilled Refrigeration Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer.
This role involves the installation and commissioning of various air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF systems, split units, close control systems, and chillers. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and executing system layouts and technical drawings, troubleshooting and resolving installation and commissioning issues, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, supervising and mentoring junior team members, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration engineering, with relevant trade certification, and a minimum of 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in the installation of air conditioning/HVAC systems. They will also possess proven experience in the installation and commissioning of VRV/VRF systems, split air conditioning units, close control units, chillers, and F-Gas certification. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements for this role.

While previous experience with Daikin, Panasonic, or Tecnair systems is advantageous, it is not essential. However, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, lead small project teams, and possess additional certifications such as Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and MEWP is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems
- Interpretation and execution of system layouts and technical drawings
- Troubleshooting and resolution of installation and commissioning issues

Requirements:
- Fully qualified refrigeration engineer with relevant trade certification
