Desktop Support Professional Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to work with a cutting-edge computing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity.
  • Maintain password security, data integrity, and file system protection for the end-user computing environment.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
  • Contribute technical and procedural knowledge to the Knowledge Base.
  • Participate in IT projects.
Requirements:
  • Administer and manage all IT assets.
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory and assist in acquiring, deploying, and supporting IT assets.
  • Manage encryption, patching, virus protection, and backup of endpoints.
  • Troubleshoot routine and advanced problems with end-user computer equipment and network connectivity.
  • Provide end-user support via various channels.
