Psychotherapist Role for HPO Qualified Professionals
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic psychotherapists with high-performance organization (HPO) qualifications who are looking to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations.
This role comes with relocation support, enabling you to transition seamlessly into the beautiful landscape and vibrant culture of Ireland.
- Provide psychological support to clients, facilitating personal growth and well-being.
- Work with a diverse client base, utilizing expertise in high-performance organizational settings.
You will have experience in areas such as:
- Autism
- Physical and learning disabilities
- Empowering individuals to live independently
- Assisting with personal care and medication
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches.
- Utilize HPO techniques to enhance clients' psychological resilience and overall performance.
- Develop personalized therapy plans and track progress over time.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care for clients.
- Provide training and workshops on mental health and resilience in organizational settings.
- Stay informed on the latest research in psychotherapy and HPO methodologies.
- Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients.
As a qualified professional, you will require a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field, along with fluency in English and excellent communication skills. Proven experience providing psychotherapy with diverse populations and a strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques are also essential. The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently and willingness to relocate to Ireland are also important.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
