Psychotherapist Role for HPO Qualified Professionals

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic psychotherapists with high-performance organization (HPO) qualifications who are looking to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations.

You will have experience in areas such as:

  • Empowering individuals to live independently
  • Assisting with personal care and medication

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches.
  2. Utilize HPO techniques to enhance clients' psychological resilience and overall performance.
  3. Develop personalized therapy plans and track progress over time.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care for clients.
  5. Provide training and workshops on mental health and resilience in organizational settings.
  6. Stay informed on the latest research in psychotherapy and HPO methodologies.
  7. Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients.

As a qualified professional, you will require a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field, along with fluency in English and excellent communication skills. Proven experience providing psychotherapy with diverse populations and a strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques are also essential. The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently and willingness to relocate to Ireland are also important.
