The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches. They will utilize HPO techniques to enhance clients' psychological resilience and overall performance.
A key aspect of this role is developing personalized therapy plans and tracking progress over time. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care for clients.
In addition, they will provide training and workshops on mental health and resilience in organizational settings. Staying informed on the latest research in psychotherapy and HPO methodologies will also be an important aspect of this position.
Fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients is essential for success in this role.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
- HPO qualified with relevant experience in psychotherapy.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience providing psychotherapy with diverse populations.
- Strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
