Cardiology Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a strategic and driven professional to lead engagement and growth across hospital accounts in Ireland, focusing on a cutting-edge portfolio.
This role involves developing and managing relationships with hospital stakeholders, cardiovascular consultants, and clinical teams to drive business growth and engagement.
- Develop strong connections with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Meet national sales targets and performance metrics through effective analysis and planning.
To be successful, you will need to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prioritising key opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns and educational initiatives tailored to the Irish market.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract agreements.
- Provide market insights to support strategic planning and national tender submissions.
You will work closely with sales, finance, clinical geneticists, and lab operations to ensure seamless customer delivery. A degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline is essential, along with proven experience in cardiology and pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of business development, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
