Cancer Multidisciplinary Coordinator

Job Summary:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cancer Multidisciplinary Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication among team members.
  2. Manage meeting dates, notify the wider team of any changes, and prepare relevant documentation for discussion.
  3. Facilitate collaboration among team members, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
  5. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Eligible candidates will have satisfactory experience as a Clerical Officer in a health-related organization or hold a comparable qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams, is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and patients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are necessary for success in this position.
