Job Title: Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator

Be a key member of our cancer care team as a Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary team meetings, ensuring seamless communication and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings, including scheduling, notification, and preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Manage electronic conference lists, circulate to the team, and ensure accurate recording of attendances and attendee statistics.
  • Liaise with cancer clinical nurse specialists, data managers, and other staff to prepare for meetings and ensure continuity of service.
  • Provide cross-functional cover for other coordinators to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Perform tasks involving patient data in line with GDPR regulations.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualifications and experience in clerical or administrative roles within the health sector.
  • Eligible applicants must have satisfactory experience as a Clerical Officer or equivalent, or possess a comparable third-level qualification.
  • Desirable skills include general knowledge of the health service, awareness of OECI Accreditation standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and commitment to providing quality services.
