Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our international team in Dublin. As a key partner to Legal, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for reviewing revenue contracts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with our global finance team to ensure smooth financial operations. You will also lead an offshore team that handles billing, collections, and cash application.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, approve, and verify revenue contracts with customers.
- Advise Sales & Legal on financial implications to customer contracts.
- Collaborate with auditors on AR and revenue-related matters.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Oversee an offshore AR team (billing, collections, cash application).
- Enhance systems by partnering with business systems teams to improve financial function.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and technology companies.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent).
- Experience working with Sales, Legal, Revops, and Accounting teams.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations.
