To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing leadership position.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and achieving business objectives.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is desirable. Relevant certifications or training programs can also be advantageous.
