Pensions Administrator Role

Our client, a leading provider of pension products, is seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, providing administrative support to their Brokers and Sales Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Providing exceptional customer service to brokers and policyholders;">
  • Maintaining and improving policies and procedures for service and administration tasks;">
  • Developing broker relationships through excellent service and promoting our client as the provider of choice for pension products;">

Required qualifications and skills include:

">
  • ">
  • Experience in processing and handling queries on all pension products;">
  • QFA Qualified or working towards it;">
  • APA at a minimum;">
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role;">
  • Excellent communication and administration skills;">
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage priorities;">
">
