Electrical Design Engineering Professional

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead electrical engineering design and services in our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical ability in all aspects of electrical engineering design, with strong leadership skills to manage junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical engineering design and design management across projects.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Design, specify, and review electrical systems compliant with regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and tender documentation.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to achieve high-quality results.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure quality delivery.
Key Qualifications:
  • A Level 8 Honours degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a minimum of 5 years' post-Chartered experience.
  • Strong technical ability in all aspects of electrical engineering design and services.
  • Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
  • A broad understanding of relevant industry contracts and agreements.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and simulation software (e.g., Dialux, Amtech), and possess a proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects.
