We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Governance Assistant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of company secretarial practice, with the ability to manage a portfolio of clients and advise companies on all aspects of corporate governance.
- Assist with the incorporation of new companies, including drafting and filing statutory forms with the relevant authorities.
- Prepare and maintain minute books, statutory registers, and other corporate records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support the implementation of the firm's document management system and provide IT expertise as needed.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach to work and people is essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key qualifications include:
- 1+ years of experience in a company secretarial or related position.
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in document management software and systems.
