Laundry Assistant Role

The role of Laundry Assistant is available in our establishment.

Job Description:

This part-time administrative position involves working in the laundry department, maintaining linen and towel supplies to high standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organisation within the laundry area, monitoring stock levels and loading/unloading deliveries. Additionally, they will report any equipment defects promptly and adhere to health & safety policies.

Responsibilities include cleaning, pressing, and presenting linen and towels to a high standard, as well as maintaining a clean and organised laundry environment. They must also monitor stock levels and ensure an adequate supply of linen and towels at all times.

Occasional assistance may be required in other housekeeping duties within the hotel. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, up to 5 days over 7.
