Job Title: Hospitality Professional

The primary objective of this role is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our accommodations.

Working closely with colleagues, you will ensure that every guest feels valued, safe and at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
  • Changing bed linens, replacing towels and ensuring rooms are stocked with necessary amenities.
  • Cleaning all areas required by the housekeeping supervision team.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Reporting unoccupied rooms and any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms.
  • Ensuring adherence to strict health and safety regulations.
  • Following a designated cleaning schedule and working efficiently to meet expected cleanliness standards and guest check-in times.
  • Collaborating with other housekeeping team members to complete daily tasks and ensure rooms and areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
  • Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • A valid work permit for a minimum of 12 months is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility in regard to working various shifts and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with health, safety and hygiene standards.
