Accommodation Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accommodation Assistant to join our team. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas in line with company procedures.
  • Servicing and cleaning of all public areas, including public toilets, reception, conference and function rooms.
  • Checking of equipment in all public areas and bedrooms i.e. TV fixtures and fittings.
  • Reporting any equipment issues to the housekeeping office or Supervisor/Manager.
  • Dealing with general enquiries promptly and referring guest complaints to the Accommodation Supervisor/Manager.
  • Maintaining lost property in line with company policy.
  • Communicating regularly with the Accommodation Manager regarding room status, public area cleanliness, and other issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Must be available Monday-Sunday.
  • Flexible with hours.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Focused, organized, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
