Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker. In this role, you will provide care and support to people who require assistance with daily living goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing care to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks.
  • Supporting people in achieving their daily plans and participating in community activities.
  • Assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes.
  • Supporting living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and family visits.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting people and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full driver's license is also required.

Requirements
  • Assistant Support Worker — No qualification required (training provided)
  • Social Care Worker — Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
  • Relevant life experience desirable but not essential
  • Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
  • Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
