Job Role

Due to expansion, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for acquiring suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will support the owners with their procurement function and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Source and procure high-quality materials and services from reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure best prices.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to minimize costs and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
