Job Opportunity

As a dynamic and customer-centric Food Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage department. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to formulate effective strategies for service delivery and enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that maximize revenue opportunities and promote a strong selling culture within the team.
  • Assist with staff training and development to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety across all areas, while also enforcing cleanliness protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor or Senior Assistant in a similar environment, preferably within a high-end hotel or equivalent establishment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
