- Lead the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and seamless care
Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and overseeing the delivery of holistic, person-centred care, communicating with relevant teams regarding ongoing operations, and facilitating training & education for all staff.
">Requirements
">- Qualified Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' experience in Care of the Older Person
- Post-registration Management Qualification (level 8) in healthcare or a related field
- No less than 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the Health & Social Care Area
