We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Garden Room Bar & Lounge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and driving sales growth.

- Maintain accurate inventory records, control beverage costs, and optimize sales mix analysis.

- Monitor and maintain a professional image, ensuring that guests receive prompt, caring, and helpful assistance at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and pride among the food and beverage team.
- Proven experience in front-of-house management, with a track record of delivering excellent results in leadership roles.

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, incorporating both food and beverage operations.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with current trends in Food and Beverage.
- Previous experience within the 5-star market is highly desirable.
