  • Monitor and maintain a professional image, ensuring that guests receive prompt, caring, and helpful assistance at all times.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in front-of-house management, with a track record of delivering excellent results in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead bar and lounge operations, with a strong focus on financial performance, guest satisfaction, staff retention, and employee engagement.
  • Expertise in beverage stock management, with a proven track record of achieving budgeted cost percentages.
  • Strong payroll management skills, with a history of achieving required targets.
  • Knowledge of organisational brand standards and a proven ability to achieve relevant targets.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, incorporating both food and beverage operations.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with current trends in Food and Beverage.
  • Previous experience within the 5-star market is highly desirable.
