Lead Hospitality Operations

We seek an accomplished leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse.

  • Oversee all operational areas of the clubhouse

The ideal candidate will have experience in general hospitality operations, specifically in leading bar and lounge operations with successful outcomes. They must also possess knowledge of organisational brand standards and a track record of achieving relevant targets.

A previous role as a manager incorporating clubhouse operations and within the 5-star market is highly advantageous.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can plan, organise and manage delivery of hospitality services within the operational business areas. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective solutions to improve guest satisfaction, staff retention and employee engagement.
