Job Title

A Clubhouse Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the clubhouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality operations and a proven track record of delivering financial results, guest satisfaction, and staff retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational and functional areas of the clubhouse.
  • Plan, organize, and manage delivery of all hospitality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve standards, working conditions, and revenue.
  • Liaise with the Hotel Manager on daily performance and highlight areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • General hospitality operations experience.
  • Proven ability to lead bar and lounge operations.
  • Track record of delivering financial results, guest satisfaction, staff retention, and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of organisational brand standards and track record of achieving relevant targets.
