As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational and functional areas of the clubhouse, including food and beverage services, event planning and management, and staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of operational and functional areas of the clubhouse
  • Development and implementation of training programs to support team development and achieve high standards
  • Nurturing emerging talent within the clubhouse team
  • Liaison with Hotel Management to discuss daily performance and highlight areas for improvement
  • Monitoring revenue, profitability and cash flow reports
  • Preparation of annual budgets and periodic revised forecasts
  • Support to the Management team in achieving agreed profitability expectations
  • Fostering positive relationships between the clubhouse and hotel
  • Development and maintenance of sustainable work processes and systems

Requirements:

  • General hospitality operations experience
  • Proven ability to lead bar and lounge operations
  • Track record of delivering financial results, guest satisfaction, staff retention and employee engagement
  • Knowledge of organisational brand standards
  • Previous experience as a Manager incorporating clubhouse operations
