Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hospitality Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving, checking, and approving hospitality orders
  • Preparing, packaging, and labeling orders accurately and in line with client requirements
  • Delivering hospitality orders safely, promptly, and with excellent customer service
  • Assisting with basic food preparation, counter set-up, and serving of food and beverages as needed
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
  • Following food hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines (full training will be provided)
  • Correctly storing food items and equipment after service
  • Using computer systems for order processing and basic reporting (training provided)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified driver with a clean driving license (provisional licenses not accepted)
  • 'Can do' positive attitude and good people skills
  • Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A good level of English language proficiency
