The chosen candidate will assume responsibility for administering Servers and Users (M365) along with network support.

This role demands a unique blend of skills and experience to enable the successful candidate to thrive as a Systems Administrator.

Duties:
  • Administrative duties for Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Management of the Office 365 environment
  • Delivery of PC administrative tasks, encompassing software installations and updates for Windows 10
  • Maintenance of Service Desk systems
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues linked to a wide range of IT hardware and software applications

The selected candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, allowing them to accurately document procedures and processes to support the IT Helpdesk.

Additionally, proficiency in procuring, installing, and configuring user equipment, coupled with meticulous maintenance of accurate inventory records, and preparation of periodic helpdesk activity reports, will be essential.

The chosen candidate will also engage in projects focused on enhancing business processes and/or infrastructure.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role
  • Expertise in Office 365 end-user support, encompassing Teams, One Drive, and Exchange Online
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory/Exchange
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and affiliated technologies
  • Proficiency in VMWare, Citrix, MS Office, Server hardware, and operating systems
  • Mobile Device Management skills
  • Bonus points for cloud technology experience
