Care Manager

As a compassionate and experienced leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality person-centred care in our organisation.
Clinical Leadership Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and Health Act Regulations 2013 are met
- Lead clinical decision-making and risk management strategies
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Team Management Duties:- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

This position requires fluency in English, eligibility to work in Ireland, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
