
Day Services Leader

The role of Centre Manager/Person in Charge involves leading and managing high-quality day services that focus on person-centred supports, social inclusion, advocacy, and rights. Key responsibilities include implementing the HSE New Directions policy across Tralee day services through a change management plan, delivering assessed support needs for all individuals accessing the day service, and ensuring appropriate resources are available for quality service provision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Level 7 or higher qualification in Social Care, Nursing (RNID preferred), or another relevant health/social care discipline. A formal management qualification in health or social care is also essential, along with at least three years' management or supervisory experience in the sector. Additionally, you should demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and have the clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.

- At least three years' management or supervisory experience in the sector;
