Job Overview:

As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading all compliance aspects across various sectors. This includes implementing legislative changes, managing current and future compliance requirements, and updating policies and procedures to reflect these changes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate compliance processes and records are in place. Your expertise will be sought after by business stakeholders to inform decision-making, and you will ensure that all transactions comply with established procedures and legislation.

Liaising with internal and external auditors is also a key part of this role, as well as supporting the Finance team in meeting legal and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement legislative changes and manage current and future compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate compliance processes and records
  • Provide expert input to business decision-making
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors as needed
  • Support Finance in meeting legal and statutory compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience in managing industry legislation and sustainability compliance
  • Analytical skills coupled with planning and organisational abilities and a commercial customer focus
