As a key member of our Modern Workplace division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital strategies of our clients. Your expertise in Microsoft Collaboration space will be instrumental in developing tailored solutions that drive business success.

With your knowledge of SharePoint Online Modern designs, Power Apps, Power Automate development, and Dataverse/Dynamics development, you will lead engagements and deliver results-driven solutions.

The role demands exceptional project management skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple projects and customer engagements while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

You must possess a self-driven approach, capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team, and have a deep understanding of reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into best practice solutions.
Build secure, well-structured, and user-friendly intranets, extranets, employee engagement platforms, and document management solutions.
Develop effective applications using SharePoint and Dataverse/Dynamics in combination with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Migrate clients from various platforms to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Ensure client training to the highest standards, minimizing support overheads.
Support existing clients utilizing Office 365 solutions.

Requirements:


At least three years of experience in setting up and managing SharePoint Online platforms, Dataverse/Dynamics environment development, customizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate integration into SharePoint and Dataverse/Dynamics environments, and Teams settings.

A solid understanding of Microsoft tenants, SharePoint online administration, Dataverse/Dynamics environments, Teams administration, and Entra ID integration.

General web design principles and graphics tools where applicable
Experience migrating different platforms into O365Comfortable leading engagements with our customersAbility to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same timeStrong analytic, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to identify, manage, and escalate issues when necessaryA healthy understanding of reporting structuresAbility to lead administrator and end-user training sessions.
