Chief Development Officer

The Head of Advancement is a pivotal role within the fundraising structure, overseeing key initiatives that drive success. This position will lead a proactive prospect research service to develop a robust pipeline and leverage data analysis and insights to inform strategic campaign decisions.
Oversight of gift acceptance and due diligence processes will be essential in building strong relationships with donors and prospective donors. Additionally, this role will involve managing due diligence functions related to honoraries and collaborating with external consultants on projects enhancing Raiser's Edge NXT database capabilities.
- Lead a proactive prospect research service to build a strong donor pipeline.
