The Senior IT Business Application Support Specialist will manage the M365 landscape, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT support and the ability to manage various requests for support. The successful candidate will have experience in integrating third-party applications using Microsoft Graph API and be proficient in PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (AAD). They will also have experience with process automation and improvement, as well as configuring Microsoft Enterprise SSO for third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the M365 landscape, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Provide expert-level support for IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with the IT projects department to scope, build, and manage PowerApps and Power Automations
- Plan resourcing requirements and support the onboarding of new IT support resources onto the project
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with integrating third-party applications using Microsoft Graph API
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Experience with process automation and improvement
- Ability to configure Microsoft Enterprise SSO for third-party applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Formal education qualifications in a relevant subject area such as engineering or computer science
