Manufacturing Operations Manager

At our state-of-the-art facilities, you'll find an energetic and dynamic team responsible for producing high-quality doughnuts. As a shift leader in our doughnut decorating team, you will oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring that every doughnut meets our gold standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and supporting the processing team during your shift, overseeing production targets, maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times, collaborating with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers, providing training and development opportunities for team members, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable with physically active work, able to think on your feet, and willing to adapt to changing situations. Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a food or production setting is highly desirable.

  • Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
