Whether you're in one of our bustling standalone factories or a show-stopping theatre store, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping produce the doughnuts everyone loves.In our standalone factories, you'll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves.
It's fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and center, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see.

As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme's gold standard.Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.

• Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.

• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.What We're Looking For
• Leadership Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.

• Problem-Solving Skills: A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
