A Fulltime Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Fulltime Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting management in developing a quality program that fosters positive relationships with parents, children, and families.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer knowledge, and fluency in English.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the developmental age and stage of all age groups in the centre (from 4 months old to 8 years of age).

They must also have a strong knowledge of Aistear and Siolta (Early Years Curriculum) and proven skills in supporting a team in implementation.

The role involves assuming assistant management responsibilities when the assistant manager is absent and modeling exemplary performance in all areas of responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • QQI Level 6 or higher qualification
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Early Year Education
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
