Leading Educational Programmes

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Education Manager to lead our annual Coach and Teacher Development Programme. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clubs and leisure industry partners to deliver a high-quality programme.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of qualification delivery across the sector by publishing an annual education and training calendar, achieving annual financial targets, and delivering coaching/teaching conferences.
- Develop and implement new training opportunities and resources, reviewing and updating course content and delivery methods, and managing education management software.
- Engage with clubs, swimming pools, and customers through attending industry events, publishing newsletters, responding to queries, and promoting educational programmes on social media.
- Relevant experience in a similar role or previous experience in a sports environment.
- Relevant third-level qualification.
- Prior experience using learning management systems, video editing and animation software is an advantage.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administration skills, with attention to detail, as well as excellent people skills, willing to meet new people and work with volunteers. They will be comfortable presenting and directing meetings, and have a strong work ethic, flexibility, and adaptability.
