Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to fill the role of Early Years Educator at our childcare facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the learning and development of young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of activities that meet the needs of all children.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • A caring nature and genuine passion for working with children.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
