We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Education Department.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs, working closely with coaches and teachers to ensure they have access to relevant learning opportunities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage education management software, including membership databases, learning management systems, video editing, and animation software.
  • Engage with clubs, swimming pools, and customers through attending industry events, publishing newsletters, responding to queries, and promoting education initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of engagements with course attendees and manage merchandising and associated targets.
  • Line manage two Education Support Officers, including recruiting, training, and supporting staff.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role or previous experience in a sports environment is highly desirable.
  • A relevant Third Level Qualification is essential.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, video editing, and animation software is an advantage.

Excellent communication and administration skills, with attention to detail, are essential for this role. Comfortable presenting and directing meetings, strong work ethic, flexibility, and adaptability are also required.
