Site Lead Architect

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our architectural team in the design and delivery of a significant development project. This role will require extensive experience in technical project management, on-site construction inspection, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our architectural team to ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and Irish construction codes. Daily site inspections will be conducted to record project status, quality standards, and any issues that may arise. Strong representation skills will be required to work closely with clients to achieve site progress, log and resolve on-site problems efficiently.
About You:
To be successful in this position, you will need strong design, technical knowledge, and detailing skills. In-depth understanding of Irish Planning and Building Regulations is essential. You will also have experience working on various project types, from small to large-scale developments.
