We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, Automation to join our team in Bangkok. This role will focus on delivering key automation initiatives for various Finance stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • This position will work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance to design high-quality automations and own the initiatives end-to-end.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing end-to-end automations while ensuring security and compliance aspects.
  • Becoming familiar with the finance ecosystem at Agoda is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance.
  • Consult stakeholders to propose the best-suited automation solution.
  • Build/manage/optimize end-to-end automations while ensuring security and compliance aspects.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate/postgraduate or equivalent technical degree.
  • 8+ years of experience with RPA tools, with at least 5 in combined Blue Prism & Power Platform.
  • End-to-end delivery of at least 10 projects using Power Platform and Blue Prism individually.
  • A high sense of ownership and growth mindset, ability to be self-directed.
