Job Title: Social Care Leader Cork

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Care Leader to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to vulnerable young people within our residential service.

As a Social Care Leader, you will work closely with our team to deliver excellent care services, ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people at all times. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in supporting our team to provide a nurturing environment that promotes resilience, recovery, and personal growth.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent, along with a full, clean, manual driver's license valid in Ireland. You should also have knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres and be eligible to work in Ireland.

In addition, we require candidates who have experience working in services utilizing TCI and a minimum of two years' experience working at Social Care grade with young persons.
