Job Title: Accounts Administrator

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fulfill this key role in our organization.

 

The primary responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Financial Transaction Processing: Invoices, receipts, and other financial documents will be processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Vendor Statement Verification: Statements and invoices from vendors will be verified and reconciled promptly.
  • Client Invoice Preparation: Invoices will be prepared and sent to clients on time.
  • Document Management and Record-Keeping: Documentation and record-keeping will be maintained effectively.
  • Accounting Department Support: Administrative support will be provided as needed to the accounting department.
  • Special Projects and Tasks: The candidate will assist with special projects and tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.

 

To succeed in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm or finance department is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
