Job Title: Business Agreement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee large-scale telecom projects from inception through to completion.

This role involves driving project success by ensuring timely, within-budget delivery of complex tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, guaranteeing seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the operational delivery of multiple projects, including survey, design, and build initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing effective processes, controls, and resource allocation strategies to launch and manage new workstreams efficiently.
  • Fostering collaboration between design, operations, health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ), and commercial teams to ensure accurate project scoping, planning, and execution.
  • Partnering with programme managers to maintain alignment and progress.
  • Overseeing budget management, performance tracking, and cost-revenue accounting.
  • Regularly reviewing delivery metrics to identify potential risks and implement improvements.
  • Leading change management activities to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Influencing business units to drive cohesion and high performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior contracts or operations leadership roles.
  • A track record of managing large-scale telecom build projects, preferably fibre-to-the-home deployments.
  • Strong resource planning and budget management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading diverse teams across multiple projects and clients.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, geographic information systems (GIS), and field reporting tools.
  • Professional project management accreditation (PMP, Prince 2, or similar).
