**General Bar Manager Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team in Sligo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of our bar, ensuring excellent standards and driving business growth.

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar, including stock levels, rosters and staff management.
  • Leading by example, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, with experience in managing teams, stock levels and operational procedures.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
