We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Cork, Ireland.

About the Role:
  • This is a key opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for the technical transfer and scale-up of new processes into vaccines IPT.
  • You will work closely with a team to ensure the highest quality, compliance, and safety standards across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Transfer and Scale-Up: Responsible for the successful transfer and scale-up of new processes into vaccine production.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production schedules.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with global and local standards, and ownership of change control, quality notifications, deviations, and investigations.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to driving a culture of continuous improvement by deploying lean principles and innovations within projects.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in biopharmaceutical or vaccines environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical technical operations.
  • Experience in project management or involvement in technical projects an advantage.
  • Possession of Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience in applying lean principles desirable.
