Senior Social Care Manager

We are seeking a Social Care Team Lead to join our team of experienced professionals in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.
About the Role:This full-time permanent position is based in Grangebeg, Kildare, and involves working across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting people with physical / intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs
- Developing and implementing care plans to promote independence and community integration
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to achieve shared goals
- A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
- At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams
- A full driver's licence is an essential requirement
