Senior Care Services Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Care Services Manager to lead our social care team in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing person-centred care plans that transform lives, leading high-performing teams, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of social care staff in providing support and guidance to individuals with physical, intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual, promoting independence and community participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • At least 5 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Full driver's licence is essential.
