Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Care Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional quality person-centred care to our residents, while also managing staff and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting high standards of service delivery.
- Ensure effective management of staff teams, including recruitment, training, and appraisal.
- Coordinate appointments and prioritize tasks in liaison with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans, focusing on health promotion and reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or degree in another relevant Allied Healthcare discipline.
- Minimum three years experience in a management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care sector.
- Hold an appropriate qualification in Health or Social Care management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
