**Job Opportunity:**

A commercial contracts lawyer is sought to advise on a wide range of agreements, licensing, technology platforms, and intellectual property matters. This in-house position offers the opportunity to work with a global brand and develop expertise in a niche area.

The role will be varied and challenging, involving:

  • Advising on commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Providing legal advice on licensing agreements, technology platforms, intellectual property, data protection, information technology, brand protection, e-commerce, and trademarks & patents
  • Collaborating closely with the business to understand their needs and provide practical, commercially focused solutions

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Circa 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
